Report on the 2nd meeting of Minds

This report documents the main outcomes of the Meeting of the Minds 2 (MoM2), which took place from 24 to 26 May 2011, in Semmering, Austria. The focus of this meeting was on building scenarios of how learning could take place in the future -- say, around 2020. The report explicitly addresses how MoM2 scenarios are relevant to the STELLAR Grand Challenge Problems, the outcomes of the Alpine Rendez-vous meeting and the different STELLAR work packages.
